Ladies Day 2023 for Maggie’s Highland

We had a great day at Stemster House Ladies Day, with a beautiful sunny day and a great turnout. We would like to thank everyone who came along and helped make it such a successful event. The team, who are busy planning the next event, would like to thank the following people:

Our Wee Shop Westfield kindly donated all of the delicious home baking at no cost to the event, which was a huge help. The team at Our Wee Shop Westfield provided a delicious array of treats for all to enjoy.

Lisa Douglas for giving her time and providing entertainment, singing the afternoon away and keeping the dance floor full at all times. Her extensive experience means that Lisa is able to tailor make her shows to suit any occasion or event.

AJD Events for providing his time and hosting the most entertaining karaoke.

Erin at Fascination for judging our Best Dressed competition as well as providing some of the prizes.

Dawn at A Bit O Bling donating a percentage of her sales to our total and prises for the raffle.

Tesco Thurso for donating strawberries and chocolate.

The Home Bakery providing the first class savouries.

The Ross Institute, Halkirk for lending us the crockery and cutlery.

We would also like to congratulate our Wedding Coordinator, Jacqueline, who ran the Run the Runway event in Inverness as part of this fundraising effort.

Stemster House ladies day was resounding success with £3933.60 raised. This will help fund Maggie's Centre in Inverness and help them continue the amazing worth they do.
